Returns & Refunds

We LOVE that big box stores will let you return literally anything, even if it’s broken and used. In some cases, a return will be valid and that will be on a case-by-case basis. But normally, no returns will be accepted.

As far as refunds go, we will absolutely refund if there is an issue with a product other than you decided you do not want it or decided the scent isn’t for you. We package everything very well so that shipping will not be an issue. Refunds will also be case-by-case and only if pictures support the claim. While I am sure you are a trusted person, we will need facts to support the case because not everyone is a trusted person.
